My love for food started when i was really young. Back to when my family would get together and cook for holidays, or just to enjoy each others company. I can still smell the heavenly scents as i would sit on the top steps waiting for them to say it was time to eat. My Family could throw down. 

 

I am from Atlanta, Ga and i moved to Charlotte, Nc to study culinary arts at The Art Institute of Charlotte bacholars Program. My style of cusine is classic fusion. I love to take old school recipes and put a new twist on it. Thats what makes cooking so fun, the plate is my canvus.
